The side handle can slip and could lead to the loss of control of the tool and injury to the user.

The affected side handles were supplied with DR560 Drill Drivers with date codes prior to 2018 22-58-XX

Check the side handle on your DR560 Drill/Driver to see if it is affected.

If your drill/driver is affected, STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY, and call toll free to receive a free replacement side handle 1-888-284-3070 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, or e-mail: recall@sbdinc.com.
